FAQ Meeting Rooms

Can I book your room for half an hour?

Unfortunately not. Our rooms are available for bookings by the hour, half day and full day.

What happens if I book for an hour and I need to extend?

If there is availability after your meeting you are more than welcome to continue using our room. The additional room hire will be invoiced at the end of your meeting and must be paid in full before you leave Airport House.

Do I have discount for bulk bookings?

Our meeting room prices are already extremely competitive however we would be happy to negotiate a bulk booking discount. Please note, when we offer a bulk booking discount any cancellations are charged at full price. Please be sure your meeting is going ahead when booking our meeting rooms.

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations are charged at full price. Please ensure when you book the meeting room you are sure your meeting will go ahead.

I am already a customer at Airport House. How can I book & pay for a conference room?

To book a conference room please contact Reception. You can do this by dialing 0 on your Airport House handset or externally on 0208 781 1234. At the end of your meeting we will place the charge on your standard monthly invoice. This is raised on the last working day of the month.

I am not a customer of Airport House but would like to book one of your conference rooms. What do I need to do?

To book a conference room please contact Reception by dialing 0208 781 1234. We require the payment for the room + VAT at the time of booking. Any additional services used during your meeting, such as water or stationary will be billed immediately after your meeting and you will need to pay the invoice before you leave Airport House. You can settle your bill by credit / debit card. We do not accept cash or cheque.

I need to do a presentation. Is this possible in your conference rooms?
Conference rooms 3 & 4 are equipped with 50” LCD TV & HDMI / USB connections, so perfect for any presentation needs. Our Interview room does not have a presentation screen, however if you have a projector you could project against our blank wall.

What equipment can I rent from you during my meeting?

Conference rooms 3 & 4 come equipped with a telephone and a 50” LCD TV with HDMI / USB connection as part of the room hire cost. We also have a laptop & spider phone that can be rented by the hour. If you would like to use this equipment please request it at the time of booking your meeting. Availability is first come, first serve.

Do you provide any tea, coffee & biscuits in your conference rooms?

Cloud 9 Pantry can provide a tea, coffee & biscuit set up which will be delivered to our conference room at a time chosen by you. If you would like to purchase this refreshment setup please let Reception know when you book the room and we can organise this for you. Cloud 9 Pantry require payment upon booking.

Is there video conferencing facilities at Airport House?

Unfortunately not.
